Job Description
As a Field Service Engineer II (Electrical) here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers on the electrical side
- Travel to customer sites throughout the US, heavy travel, up to 90% of time
- Conduct equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers in the field
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and documentation

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
- Willingness to travel and be on the road up to 90% of time, will go to customer sites throughout the US
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills on the electrical side in an industrial/field setting
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in project management and execution
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
