Job Description
As a Experienced Technical Support Professional here at Honeywell, you will serve as the primary technical contact for our customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with excellence. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
You will report directly to our Technical Support Manager and you’ll work out of our Korea location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact customer experience by resolving technical issues efficiently, thereby contributing to the overall success and reputation of Honeywell's products and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical support for fire alarm system of BA business department
- Electromagnetic waves, electrical safety, or formal approval certification work
- Designated stores/Technical training for customers, domestic/overseas technical support

YOU MUST HAVE
- Less than 10 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Business English Level
- Experience with Honeywell products or similar technologies.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fire, Electrical, Electronic engineering, or related departmentsor a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence across departments.
