KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and maintain detailed CAD models and drawings for complex components and assemblies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Review and analyze designs for feasibility and compliance with regulations, standards, and client requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Mentor junior CAD Designers, providing guidance and support in design processes and software use.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Mechanical Engineering, Design, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in CAD design and drafting.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and design standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality designs.

• Ability to mentor and develop junior CAD designers.

• Ensure designs meet regulatory standards (e.g., IEC, UL, RoHS).
• Implement design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT) principles.
