Job Description
You will report directly to our Sr R&O Maintenance Manager, and you’ll work out of our Spokane Valley, WA location.
In this role, you will impact the company's success by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of advanced engineering projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ownership of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) program including data acquisition, software, training, accountability while defining underlaying losses and systematically driving actions to improve the metric.
- Analysis of trends, operational history, maintenance data and Root-Cause Failure Analysis
- Develops risk management plans that will anticipate reliability-related risks that could adversely impact plant operation.
- Designs maintenance programs to minimize maintenance complexity and reduce maintenance downtime.
- Performs capital planning, critical spares evaluation and system component upgrades as required to ensure reliability and combat obsolescence.
- Maintenance planning, troubleshooting and technician support.
- Provides direct technical support in the event of critical system failures.
- Oversee additional duties as assigned by Management.
Responsibilities
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in facility operations and maintenance
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment

- Contractor management - overseeing and coordinating external contractors to ensure they meet an organization's safety and operational standards while meeting defined project objectives.
- Procurement - knowledge and skills related to sourcing, purchasing, and managing the acquisition of goods and services.
- Maintenance CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - practical knowledge and proficiency in using CMMS software systems to manage maintenance operations, create and manage work orders, track assets, schedule preventative maintenance, and generating key metrics.
- Use of SAP software is beneficial but not required.

The annual base salary range for this position is $105k-130k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations
