Job Description

The Lead Customer Marketing Specialist at Honeywell plays a crucial role in driving customer engagement and loyalty through the development and execution of effective marketing strategies. You will report directly to our General Manager and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with regional counterparts to create and manage marketing programs.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • 6+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred)
  • Passion for driving channel growth and maximizing sales opportunities

  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team
  • Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry (preferred)

The annual base salary range for this position is $113,000-$141,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
