Job Description

Sales Operations Specialist with German

As a Sales Operations Specialist with German here at Honeywell, Bucharest, RO, you will play a vital role in managing the collections process and ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding accounts receivable. The Sales Operations Specialist is a key business partner to the HTS account manager or sales manager and expertly uses his/her business acumen, technical knowledge, process & tools skills to enable them to achieve the HTS EMEA business goals. The Sales Operations Specialist is also a key interface to our HTS Customers (Original Equipment Manufacturers, System Integrators, Channel Partners etc.) and manages escalations in our customer touchpoints throughout the business lifecycle Hybrid work schedule (3 in the office + 2 from home).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sales team on account & lead management tasks
  • Act as a first Customer escalation point for commercial or business critical issues
  • Act as an active interface between customer, ISC, Logistics, Transportation, Finance and Sales to meet customer expectations, improve the end-to-end cycle to maximize revenue
  • Constantly facilitates removal and mitigation of roadblocks by proactively involving all parties to solve any issues that might arise between order entry and invoicing
  • Responsible as Revenue compliance point of contact
  • Support for estimations and quotations for components/spare parts
  • Contract management & compliance (i.e. LEAP tool)
  • Qualifying leads (i.e. MQL) and dispatching to Account Managers or Channel Partners
  • Delivery (i.e. lead time) follow-ups
  • Liaison order mgmt. to ensure successful customer order processing, contract data entry and resolution for orders confirmation escalations
  • Customer Master Data support for Sales & escalation point with MDM team
  • Responsible as Revenue compliance point of contact (e.g. QMS, ISO, Financial or internal audit representative)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English, German (minimum B2)
  • 1-2 years of Customer Support or Sales Support experience
  • Knowledge and experience with SFDC, CRM/SAP and understanding CRM/ERP system business processes
  • Advanced MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • High level of customer orientation
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (phone, mail, email)
  • Strong team player with the ability to take ownership and follow-through
  • Demonstrated solution-oriented, pro-active “can do” attitude, Willingness and ability to work under own initiative
  • User level for SAP, SFDC or similar ERP/CRM tools
  • Operational knowledge of SharePoint based tools
  • Customer tools/portals knowledge as required by portfolio
  • Incoterms & special Trade and Compliance basic knowledge including applicability and exceptions for own portfolio
