Sr Product Management Specialist,Shanghai,HSS,IA

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The role needs responsible to gas sensor. In-depth understanding and knowledge of gas sensing applicated in semiconductor manufacturing, environmental protection, coal mine safety is required.
• Lead local product marketing operational tasks incl. intelligence, forecast, product acquisition management, opportunity track, etc. and ensure effective communication and alignment with global BU.
• Implement and lead product life cycle management to ensure healthy portfolio and profitability
• Conduct effective VOC to understand customer needs, drive segmentation study and develop product value proposition and winning marketing strategy
• Identify business opportunities and develop new product initiatives and manage the product launch process
• Support production transfers and release processes of new suppliers, focus on growing margin of portfolio under management
• Manage the customer RFQs, aligning product and marketing strategy and global pricing discipline, securing and winning market share.

EXPERIENCE:

• >5 years working experience in product marketing in dealing with technical products and in a B2B environment.
• Understand industrial/coal mining safety business.

PROFILE:

• Bachelor's degree of chemical related with good commercial background or business administration with good technical knowledge
• Strong analytical capability, excellent excel and presentation/PowerPoint skills
• Passionate, self-initiative and pro-active
• Fluent English in spoken and written
• Good communication and teamwork capability
• NPDP certificate is PLUS.
