The Honeywell Aerospace Development Program is an undergraduate rotation program that develops future Honeywell leaders. This full-time program is tailored for recent graduates and aims to cultivate future leaders by providing diverse experiences across various functions and projects. As a participant in the Aerospace Development Rotational Program here at Honeywell, you will embark on an exciting journey to develop your skills and knowledge in health, safety, and environmental engineering within the aerospace sector before securing the desired career path position within the organization


In this role, you will impact our organization by contributing to the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs that ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices. Your involvement will enhance operational efficiency and promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Industrial Hygiene- Air and noise sampling, exposure assessments, and Right-to-Know board updates.
• Safety Engineering - Incident investigations, ergonomics, contractor safety audits, and RCCA facilitation.
• Environmental Compliance- Wastewater, hazardous waste, and sustainability program support.
• HSE Management Systems (HSEMS)- MOS development, audit readiness, and continuous improvement projects.


Location: This position is available in multiple locations across the United States.

The exact worksite location will be selected based on business requirements and the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.


The annual base salary range for this position is $68,000/yr - $126,500/yr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics or similar field
  • Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between December 2025 and June 2026 and be available to begin full-time work between January 2026 – August 2026
  • Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the start date
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
