Description

1. Apply project management knowledge, skills, tools, techniques, and standard work to project activities to meet required business case and deliverables.
2. Cooperating with cross function teams(Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Quality Assurance and Finance) consistently to deliver projects with quality and service from end to end (AD/NPI/VECE/EWR/EOL) and in charge of project meeting 4ONs as well as the portfolio metrics, such as PG5 compliance, 100% process compliance, saydo%, Milestone Fidelity, cycle time, EAC
3. Well understand and demonstrate skills to manage project cost, product cost, risk management, and integrated scope change control processes.
4. Develop and execute resourced schedules while applying work breakdown structures and managing deadlines.
5. Owning execution at the portfolio level, reporting, and cross-portfolio impact assessment.
6. Understanding of project, program, and portfolio processes, and ability to take direction and work independently on project tasks and reports.
7. Ability to navigate relationships with cross-functional partners for support.
8. Complete and support the upper manager assigned other tasks

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or above
2. +5 years project management experience in hardware and software R&D
3. Familiar with new product development methodology, agile experience is a preferred
4. Ability to manage multiplied, system level tasks, under a global environment
5. Think strategically and logically, can make own decision per analysis
6. Fluent oral and written English skills
7. PMP certificated is high desirable
