Job Description
As an Advanced Embedded Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in conducting cybersecurity assessments and ensuring the security of our embedded systems. Your expertise will be essential in identifying vulnerabilities and implementing measures to protect our technology and data.
You will report directly to our Software Eng Manager and you’ll work out of our Cordoba, Argentina location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact on the overall security posture of our software tools and embedded systems by proactively identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities, and working with the Cybersecurity team to get release approval.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity assessments on software tools and embedded systems to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are integrated into the development lifecycle.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to enhance assessment methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- Experience in conducting cybersecurity assessments, particularly in embedded systems.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards relevant to software tools and embedded systems.
- Experience with security protocols and methodologies applicable to embedded systems.
