Responsibilities

Responsibility:

  1. Lead and manage all site-level Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) operations, including safety, loss prevention, environmental protection, and occupational health.
  2. Promote HSE awareness through regular site audits, training sessions, and follow-up actions.
  3. Drive performance on key HSE metrics such as: CBS score, Total Case Incident Rate (TCIR), Corrective Action (CA) closure rates, MST system maintenance.
  4. Develop and implement HSE programs, procedures, and improvement initiatives focused on: Safety behavior and culture, Incident root cause analysis (RCCA), Continuous improvement.
  5. Translate corporate HSE policies and standards into site-level practices, ensuring alignment with local regulations.
  6. Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE laws and regulations.
  7. Lead and coordinate internal and external HSE audits, including Corporate HSE audits, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 certifications.
  8. Support HSE aspects of new product or process transfer projects and drive eMOC (electronic Management of Change) processes and develop preventive plans to avoid business disruptions.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate HSE risks. Lead HSE initiatives focused on the life critical procedures such as Machine Guarding, LTT, Confined Space (CS), Fall Protection (FP) and Hot Work
  10. Support factory environment management, include green factory, energy saving and ESG initiatives.
  11. Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  12. Liaise and communicate with government agencies to prepare and submit reports on occupational health, environment and safety to the government on a regular basis.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  1. 5 years plus Working experience in developing, implementing and maintaining proactive Environment, Health & Safety programs.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in safety engineering, mechanical, electronics engineering or occupational health related engineering.
  3. Make sure risk mitigation plan in place and the team be well trained.
  4. Working knowledge of ISO14001 & 45001 & 50001 system.
  5. Working knowledge of carbon management, energy saving.
  6. Ability to communicate in English and computer literacy.
  7. Good project management skill & strong analytical skills and logical thinking
  8. CSE is preferred.
