As a Junior Pre-Sales Engineer at Honeywell Madrid you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering innovative solutions that enhance the safety, sustainability, and resilience of our customers’ operations. This role involves occasional travel (up to 20%), primarily to customer sites and Honeywell offices, sometimes at short notice.

This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of tailored solutions in collaboration with senior architects and stakeholders.
• Translate customer needs into scalable, secure, and reliable technical architectures.
• Guide project teams with technical expertise and feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate pilot installations and resolve technical challenges with internal and external teams.
• Support sales teams and partners with product knowledge and training plans to ensure successful solution adoption.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Telecommunications, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Required languages: Spanish C2 and English B2-C2
• Ability to adapt to dynamic customer needs and contribute to strategic planning.
• Knowledge of network connectivity, wireless technologies,
• We Value familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, or MAUI and Android OS.
