Test Engineering Manager

Job Description

You will report directly to our Senior Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Glendale, Arizona location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 10 engineers to design, build, and maintain test consoles utilized to test Reaction Wheel Assemblies and Control Moment Gyroscopes. Your leadership will ensure that these critical systems meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, contributing to the success of our aerospace products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to design, build, and maintain test consoles for Reaction Wheel Assemblies and Control Moment Gyros.
  • Develop and execute engineering strategies to drive business growth and meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
  • 8+ years of engineering experience in the aerospace industry.
  • Experience with test systems and their development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency in engineering tools and methodologies, including CAD software and project management tools.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Advanced degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with LabVIEW for test systems development.
