This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

HR Services Specialist

As an HR Services Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and effective HR support to employees and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for processing HR transactions, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with HR policies and regulations. Additionally, you will assist in the administration of HR programs such as benefits, payroll, and employee onboarding/offboarding. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be instrumental in delivering high-quality HR services and ensuring employee satisfaction.

In this role, you will impact Honeywell by providing timely and accurate HR support, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process HR transactions related to employee onboarding, offboarding, changes in employment status, and other HR-related activities.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure accurate processing.
• Support payroll-related activities, including time and attendance tracking, payroll processing, and addressing employee payroll inquiries.
• Stay informed about HR laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance the efficiency of shared services operations.
• Maintain accurate records of HR transactions and inquiries.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to monitor shared services performance and identify trends.

• Process invoices, distribution lists, expense reports inside HR department

• Apply special working hours

• Manage additional assignments /projects from Team Leader


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in HR shared services or a similar HR support role
• Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR software applications.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and confidentiality.

• Japanese Language is requested
