As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will be responsible to lead the engineering team in delivering expert technical support, solution design and engineering deliverables to provide compliant solutions in meeting customer technical requirements. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead, mentor and manage a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the engineering team on best practices and solution development to comply with project specifications
• Lead technical aspects of the sales process, working closely with the regional sales team to identify customer requirements and develop tailored Building Automation solutions.
• Preparing technical proposals, creating system architecture diagrams, and developing detailed project specifications that demonstrate the value proposition of Building Automation technology.
• Create innovative solutions that address specific customer challenges in energy management, guest comfort, and operational efficiency.
• Staying current with product developments, understanding competitive landscape, and identifying opportunities for system enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Conduct technical presentations and live system demonstrations for prospective customers, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Building Automation guest room management technology.
• Customize presentation content based on audience needs and the confidence to handle technical questions and objections in real-time.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of people management experience in a technical or engineering environment.
• Proven experience in leading and delivering complex technical projects, preferably in building automation or smart building systems.
• Continuous learning mindset with a commitment to staying current with emerging technologies in smart building systems.
• Strong technical foundation in building automation systems, with emphasis on HVAC controls, Lighting management, Energy optimization technologies.
• Have solid understanding of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP networking, MQTT, OPC.
• Have proficiency in reading and interpreting Electrical schematics, Mechanical drawings, System architecture diagrams.
