Job Description
As a Lead Demand Generation Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving qualified leads and pipeline growth for Honeywell. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing demand generation strategies, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, and analyzing lead data to optimize conversion rates. You will work close with our partners and customers to expand our Security and Access Control footprint in the market. Your expertise in demand generation and ability to leverage marketing automation tools will directly impact the company's revenue growth and success in the market.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth for LenelS2 and Honeywell Commercial Security product portfolio
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and optimize lead generation campaigns and programs
- Manage and analyze lead data to identify trends, optimize conversion rates, and improve overall lead quality
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track and report on lead generation performance and ROI
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation to drive continuous improvement
Key skills and qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the physical Security Industry.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management. Proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools. Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset. Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Passion for customer success and satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Proactive and results-oriented mindset. Continuous learning and adaptability
