Job Description
As a Senior Field Service Supervisor at Honeywell, in Denmark, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of field service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional performance. You will also foster a collaborative and positive team environment to drive motivation and productivity. This is a field based role with the expectation to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and scheduling of field service visits to meet customer requirements and service level agreements.
- Ensure the timely and successful completion of service tasks, addressing any issues or delays as they arise.
- Monitor and assess customer feedback and satisfaction levels, taking proactive steps to enhance service quality and resolve any customer concerns.
- Provide technical expertise and support to field service technicians, assisting with complex or escalated service issues.
- Manage the allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize service efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience of effectively managing a team of engineers and managing change within a team, long with performance and development of team members
- A background within a customer facing environment and managing larger sized accounts
- Good communications skills with the ability to influence at varying levels across the organization and a strong customer focus
- Understanding of Profit & Loss responsibilities along with a good track record of working to KPI’s and forecasts
- Industry related experience within BMS/Controls engineering with exposure to cybersecurity with be advantageous
