Job Description

Work as part of a successful center of excellence responsible for delivering all aspects of order management administration. Comply with business processes and controls, to deliver ‘best in class’ customer service and order management fulfilment.

Responsibilities

Order entry:
o Ensure good document control;
o Customer order processing in ERP system (SAP);
o Generate standard sales orders;
o Requisitioning parts, materials, services;
o Buyer experience
o Creation/extension materials and maintain price list;
o Follow credit approval process (including dispute resolution);
o Customer master data set up & management;
o Execute Approved Special Pricing correction;
o Order acknowledgements sent to customers and channel partners;
o Coordinate goods receipt of orders on delivery and out bound deliveries;
o Enables communication flow between customer and our ISC units.
o Share regular updates on Order Booking/Revenue with business
o Attend Weekly Revenue Pulse calls with Business and Finance
• Logistics:
o Coordinating with our ISC units for arranging deliveries;
o Follow up activities for customer invoicing to ensure better cash flow;
o Expedites (work with planning, manufacturing, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, & customer);
o Outbound & return logistics issues.
• Invoicing:
o Coordination for cost invoice from factory;
o Customer invoicing;
o Customer credit notes.
• Data Analytics
o Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting
o Great Excel/Macro/VBA skills
o Analyze data for business and internal teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Customer Services environment, preferably with Product order Management expertise
    • Graduate
    • Experience working in a multi discipline team

Skills : Understands how different functions within his/her own organization interrelate to each other
• Understands and is familiar with the Honeywell values
• Understands the importance of health and safety in the workplace
• Knowledge of Siebel/ SAP/ePSF/Oracle
• Good standard of ability with Microsoft Office applications
• Good experience in Excel/Macro/VBA is required
