Job Description

As a Sr. Sales Representative for Aero Defense & Transportation here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets for the Honeywell Sensing Solution (HSS) business unit. Your responsibilities will include managing, developing, and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers in the defense and transportation sectors. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business success.

In this role, you will impact the growth and success of our Aero-Defense & Transportation business unit by driving revenue and expanding our market presence in the defense and transportation sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas

-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the defense and transportation sectors, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support

-Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement

YOU MUST HAVE

-Minimum of 5- 10 years of experience in sales (Defense industry experience is preferred)

-Working experience at foreign owned company or defense company

-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

-Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

-Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
