Collections Specialist

As a Collections Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in managing the collections process and ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding accounts receivable. Your primary responsibility will be to support collection activities and collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve issues effectively.

In this role, you will impact the company's financial performance by managing customer portfolios, conducting account reconciliations, and ensuring effective communication with customers to facilitate collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support with collection activities.
• Work with internal / external customers
• Respond to customer requests
• Account reconciliations.
• Handle a customer portfolio.
• Order Releases.
• Evaluate risk on customer credit
• Calling customers by phone
• Supporting on Cash Applications
• Update customer information in SAP and related tools and support
• Demonstrate abilities to deliver solutions to problems
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Lead projects that help to reduce PD and achieve goals
• Ability to work with less supervision providing updates on the progress on portfolios
• Customer account reconciliation
• Lead meetings with teams such as CX, Sales and customers

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / accounting or related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience with customer service and collections
• English proficient
