Field Service Engineer II (m/f/d)

As a Hybrid HBOC Engineer Service, you will serve as the critical interface between Honeywell Building Operations Centers (HBOC) worldwide and local service customers and local service teams in the DACH region. The HBOC operates and maintains customer systems (HVAC controls, supervisory systems) according to the contracted SLA. Your role ensures seamless communication, coordination, and execution of building automation services, combining technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between global HBOC teams and local service customers in the DACH region
• Coordinate and support the delivery of remote and on-site building automation services
• Ensure timely communication of service updates, escalations, and resolutions between stakeholders
• Collaborate with local Field Service Professionals and global Operations Teams to optimize service delivery
• Monitor and report on service performance metrics and customer satisfaction
• Support the onboarding of new customers into HBOC services and ensure alignment with local requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to service innovation
• Provide standardized state-of-the-art service documentation for our customers leveraging the inputs from global HBOC as well as Field Service Leaders and on-site Field Service Professionals.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Building Automation, IT, or a related technical field
• Proven experience in building automations (control & regulation), facility management systems, or remote service operations
• Strong communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid (remote/on-site) environment
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with Honeywell systems or similar building automation platforms is a plus.
