Job Description
As a Channel Marketing Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will develop and execute channel marketing strategies, build strong partner relationships, and drive demand generation activities to maximize sales. You will report directly to our Marketing Director and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of channel marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share
- Collaborate with channel partners to develop and implement joint marketing plans and programs
- Create and execute demand generation campaigns to drive sales through channel partners
- Provide marketing support and resources to channel partners to enhance their sales efforts
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify channel trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
- Manage marketing budgets and measure the effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align channel marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in channel marketing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with at least 0-3 years of experience in sales analytics position
- Knowledge of CRM systems and familiarity with sales data sources and structures. Advanced knowledge of Excel required. Experience of creating/maintaining Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards is highly desirable. Specific knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP an advantage. Experience with E2Open a bonus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience of working in cross-functional and virtual teams desirable, as well as willingness to work across timezones
