Job Description
As a Finance Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial success of the organization while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
You will report directly to our Finance Manager and you’ll work out of our SLP, Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by optimizing financial processes, enhancing reporting accuracy, and supporting the overall financial health of the company. Your expertise will help drive informed financial decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Invoice processing.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to enhance financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- English proficient
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools.
WE VALUE
- Relevant experience in financial analysis or reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.
