As a Field Service Engineer II, you will provide advanced technical support in Industrial Automation, troubleshoot complex issues, ensure solution implementation, and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate customer request

• Educate customer and field technicians

• Write documentation used by field technicians

• Ensure Right and Fast Delivery

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Previous industry experience

• Previous technical/installation experience

• Previous customer service experience

• Good written and oral communication

• Advanced Degree

• Good presentation skills
