Position Title : Systems. Engr -I

Reports to : Sr. Systems Eng Supervisoreferred Experience : 3-5 years

  1. Key Position Objectives

The System Engineer is responsible for Honeywell Service Contract entitlement data analysis, extracting data from Salesforce, SAP, and SAP BI, as well as report development, review, SOP updates, and customer support. These tasks use Salesforce, SAP, SAP BI, and MS Office tools. The role requires interaction with local Honeywell and Flex teams, RSOM, and FO Managers (AM/CM/FSM/SOL).

  1. Specific Duties
  • Demonstrates the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with full proficiency in applying established ‘Contract Deliverables Report’ standards.
  • Acts as an effective interface with internal stakeholders, including Field Service Leaders, Service Operation Leaders, RSOM, and the GES Team.
  • Collaborates daily with the local team to coordinate activity scheduling, manage tasks, and ensure timely report delivery.
  • Accountable for delivering all report requests on or before agreed deadlines, while meeting specified requirements and maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Responsible for extracting data from platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, and SAP BI, developing reports in the required format with relevant commentary, conducting reviews, and ensuring accurate delivery.
  • Supports the Team Leader in work demand analysis, team coordination, resource planning, and MOS/MOR processes.
  • Reviews existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and updates them as necessary; proactively seek process enhancements and productivity improvements.
  • Ensure status updates, work progress, and final deliveries are communicated promptly and clearly to stakeholders.
  • Adheres to quality standards and processes as defined by Internal Global Business Operations.
  • Follows Standard Operating Procedures, process flow charts, Quick Reference Documents, and checklists.
  • Ensures accurate and timely reporting of weekly/bi-weekly progress metrics, including work volume, productivity, technical and quality escalations, and demand and capacity planning.
  • Comply with HOS policies.
  • Analyzes stakeholder feedback, collaborates with the Team Leader to review comments, updates report as required, and resubmits with appropriate explanations or clarifications, while maintaining proper documentation revision records.
  • Facilitates training and refresher sessions for the team regarding newly added entitlements and tasks.
  • Maintains progress summary reports and dashboards for global leadership.
  • Participates in skill set assessment and skill matrix reviews, assisting the Team Leader in developing relevant action plans.

  • Ensure timely delivery of all reports, maintaining over 90% On-Time-To-Request (OTTR).
  • Uphold the quality of deliverables according to established norms and standards.
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving by removing obstacles encountered by team members.
  • Contribute actively to ongoing process improvements.
  • Adhere consistently to Honeywell's best practices and procedures.
