About the Position
We are now looking for a committed “Account Manager New Business & Inside Sales” to essentially drive the growth our Business while focusing on product markets in Germany (Inside Sales 50%), Netherlands (Outside Sales 50%) and RoE.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining key specifier/consultant relationships and ensuring the specification of the Electrical Products portfolio in major projects. Identifying and generating opportunities for various customer segments will be a key performance driver. Additionally, you will maintain and provide reports and opportunity status utilizing our customer relationship management system. You will also provide competitive intelligence and market trends. Your insights will be valuable in providing forecast and demand input for the Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) process.
We offer a Remote / Home Office solution with the opportunity to work at other Honeywell locations close to the relevant customer base. There will be regular meetings held at the related main office in Ratingen & Amsterdam.

- Driving business growth by discovering new opportunities, new projects, new markets, clients and customers
- Deliver value by forging new strategic relationships
- Cultivate relationships and gain insights into customer businesses to recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Manage all aspects of engagement with both existing and new customers
- Grow your knowledge of Honeywell products in a team-based culture, focused on innovation and customer satisfaction
- Be committed, work as if it is your own company
- Think big and make it happen, while searching for the revenue makers
- Be active on customer bases every day
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, electrical engineering or equivalent by experience
- Demonstrated Sales experience with a proven track-record in expanding existing and acquiring new business
- Excellent knowledge of Electrical products and / or familiar with the market in the Netherlands
- Domain experience within Building Technology and /or Building Automation
- Excellent communication, presentation and consulting skills
- Skilled at ensuring success in large matrix organizations, with a passion for teamwork and collaboration in an international environment
- High self-motivation, result orientation and a customer centric and entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to travel, the role requires a min. 50% customer facing time
- Full proficiency in Dutch, German and English
