Sr Program Specialist

‌Key Responsibilities‌

1. ‌Project Planning & Strategy‌

• Manage multiple related projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

1. ‌Execution & Delivery‌

• Manage subcontractor or cross-functional teams to implement project target.
• Monitor progress using tools like MS Project, ensure adherence to milestones and budgets.
• Manage change requests, scope creep, and dependencies while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage project quality and HSE.

1. ‌Stakeholder Communication‌

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, executives, and technical teams.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and key decisions via reports and presentations.

1. ‌Risk & Budget Management‌

• Identify and resolve project risks, execution issues with agility and resourcefulness.
• Track project financials, including forecasting, invoicing, and ROI analysis.

Qualifications‌

1. ‌Education:‌

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, HVAC, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

1. ‌ Experience:‌

• 15+ years in project management for building automation system.
• 10+ years project management in the field of automation system in manufacturing industry such as pharmaceutical, semiconductor, etc. Familiar with all related utility system from design, engineering, construction, and commissioning.
• Be familiar with pharmaceutical industry automation regulation, standard and validation procedure.
• Proven success in managing multi-million-dollar projects from design to final acceptance.

1. ‌Certifications:‌

• First-class Registered constructor(一级注册建造师)
• Senior engineer certification
• PMP

1. ‌Other Skills:‌

• Proficiency in building automation system, T&C experience preferred;
• Be familiar with HVAC principle;
• ‌Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in both written and verbal Chinese and English.
