Job Description
As a Senior Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will maintain and expand relationships with strategically important customers. You will be responsible for achieving strategic account objectives and meeting sales quotas while representing the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers.
You will report directly to our Sales Manager, and you’ll work out of Seoul location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and business growth by leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring that assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, focusing primarily on 3-4 accounts to develop detailed account plans.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support staff, Customer Support Managers, the Greenfield team, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
- Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts by winning orders, providing a seamless migration path for customers, driving upgrade and retrofit projects, mitigating threats, and supporting the Greenfield team throughout project stages.
- Lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for one and three-year periods.
- Continuously assess, clarify, and validate customer needs.
- Lead solution development efforts that effectively address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Adapt to change productively and handle additional duties as required.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of strategic sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment within a technical field, with extensive experience working with major customers in the territory.
- 3+ years of experience in the turbomachinery controls or automation industry.
- Proven experience in successful Major Accounts Management within the required territory.
- Experience in managing and leading indirect sales channels (channel partners).

- Proven track record of success in sales and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Experience with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and other management tools to analyze, plan, and direct business programs.
