Position Description
As a member of a program team, the position assists integrated program team (IPT) in the development of program plans and the creation of program cost and schedule baselines. The position analyses program performance in accordance with Earned Value Management (EVM) standards and prepares reports to internal and external customers. Actively participates in training programs such as planning systems, tools, and progresses through EVMS certification, cost and/or scheduling fundamental training. Applies standard processes and leverages standard tools in day-to-day practice. Works under the direction of managers, and establishes working relationships with peer groups, senior/lead analysts, and program team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Support program baseline and execution.
• Establish and effectively communicate with Integrated Program Team members.
• Support Project budget and program financial data
• Support Milestones Tracking and identify root cause
• Analyse program performance metrics
• Supports program teams and stakeholders
• Supports organizational feedback for utilized tools and process efficiencies
• Complete required certification and application training
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance or related field
• 0-2 years of business-related experience

• Experience in financial data compilation, analysis, and metrics management
• SAP Experience
• Project Management Knowledge
