Job Description
As a Hardware Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of innovative hardware solutions for radio frequency systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and reliable products.
You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Cordoba, Argentina location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the performance and reliability of radio frequency systems, contributing to the overall success of Honeywell's commitment to enhancing communication and connectivity solutions.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the hardware design process, from concept to production for radio frequency systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications.
- Design and develop hardware systems, including schematic capture and PCB layout.
- Perform hardware testing and validation to ensure product performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in RF systems.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hardware design and development.
- Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
- Experience with hardware testing and validation.
- Knowledge of RF circuits and their design considerations.
