Key Responsibilities:

• Lead WLAN and BSP (Board Support Package) development for Android-based mobile terminals.
• Drive new product introduction, focusing on system bring-up and integration of WLAN components.
• Manage Wi-Fi Alliance (WFA) certification processes.
• Develop and optimize value-added features for connectivity and roaming.
• Resolve customer-reported issues related to WLAN and BSP layers.
• Collaborate with hardware and platform teams for board-level debugging and system stability improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in WLAN communications and embedded systems development.
• Strong understanding of Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11) protocols, TCP/IP networking, and Android framework components (e.g., supplicant, OpenSSL/BoringSSL).
• Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi driver development, hardware bring-up, and firmware debugging.
• Solid knowledge of BSP development including bootloader, kernel configuration, device tree, and peripheral integration.
• Proficient with embedded development tools, debuggers, and protocol analyzers.
• Strong programming skills in Java, C++, and C within embedded environments.
• Deep understanding of embedded operating system concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Bluetooth or NFC stack and integration is a plus.
