Our Business Unit

The Process Measurement and Control (PMC) business unit at Honeywell specializes in providing advanced solutions for process automation and control. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our business in the Flemish Belgium region.

About the position

As a Senior Account Manager - Fixed Gas & Flame Detection here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing sales operations within the Belgium region. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence in the field of fixed gas & flame detection. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results will be essential in achieving business objectives. You will report directly to our Product Business Leader – North Europe and you'll work remotely from home and at customer sites.

In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell by driving sales, developing and executing business strategies, and working with a high-performing sales team. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

You must have

  • Prior experience in sales or business management

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets
