Job Description
In this role, you will impact the overall client experience and contribute to the company's success by ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded, ultimately driving revenue growth and client retention.

- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver engineered solutions that meet client requirements.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $96,000 - $124,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $110,000 - $136,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or sales.
- Experience in Industrial Automation, Robotics, Palletization, Palletizer sales, AS/RS.
- Experience in the Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Grocery, 3PL or E-Commerce industry.
- Must have Contract Sales experience.
- Open to up to 60% travel in the United-States and some in Canada.
- Strong understanding of client relationship management and sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Experience in developing and executing account plans and strategies.
