(Hybrid) Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Vertical leader for infra, Pharma, Cement, MMM. Develop the business for these vertical for Pan India. Special focus shall be on metro, tunnel, data center, pharma.
- Consultative engagements will be targeted towards both external customers and internal stakeholders in direct support of customer’s needs.
- Help Honeywell teams understand and develop effective product messaging, end user product requirements and product value propositions.
- Help customers confidently understand Solution/product capabilities, product value and integration within customer workflows and in direct support of customers strategic initiatives.
- Established connect with customer and consultant. Understand the need of the business. Build the strategy around this and build the execution plan
- Growth mind set to develop the business vertical. Ability to think out of the box solution.
- Work with channel partner and develop them for execution of the order
- Drive specification of PLC and SCADA with customer and consultant.
- Develop the healthy pipeline to meet the AOP and year year over growth
- Collaborate with channel sales team and regional sales team to close the order.
- Charting out a clear path for achieving the 2X business growth for the Western Region in the next 3 years.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Have experience in the following Technologies & Processes: DCS, SCADA, PLC, , Ethernet Networking, Cyber Security
- Have industry domain knowledge and expertise around smart city, metro, data centre, Pharma, cement vertical
- Must also have proven commercial and Legal awareness and acumen.
- Clear Understanding of the vertical.
- Overall 15+ Years’ Experience with minimum 3-4 years of experience in a direct customer-facing role (Sales & Marketing).
- Experience of 3-4 years in business development or lead vertical growth initiative.
- Experience in developing strategic offering roadmap & execution and
Experience in Collaborating with cross functional teams (Technology, Design, Engineering, Sales, etc.).

Qualifications

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development or related roles
- Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving targets
- Strong network of industry contacts and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
