We have an opportunity for a Senior Customer Experience Specialist to join our Honeywell Buildings Technologies team in Bucharest.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attending Calls
- Processing Emails
- Respond to monitoring and EBI alarms.
- Monitoring system availability.
- Service Order creation, inquiry, resolution of problems and changes.
- Service Event Classification and Prioritization.
- Administrative Support.
- Processing orders, resolving customer issues and system discrepancies.
- System and process support.
