Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control project documentation, including creation, revision, distribution, and archiving
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of project documents
- Maintain document control systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective document management
- Collaborate with project teams to identify document control requirements and provide guidance on best practices
- Train and support project team members on document control processes and systems
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 2+ years of experience in document control or a related role.
- Proficiency in document management systems and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and quality management systems.
- Familiarity with electronic document management systems (EDMS).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
