Sr. Technical Product Marketing Manager
Job Description
Develop and implement strategy (STRAP) for FP Foam Blowing Agent, Aerosol and Solvent e.g. FIP biz in Japan to drive revenue and gross profit for both existing products and new products(applications) working with both APAC and global leaders. Work closely with Japan sales team, develop Japan FIP marketplace opportunities and set up solid New Product(Application) Introduction pipelines for strong growth in Japan. Connect with Japan FIP industry stakeholders and relating government offices to promote Honeywell Solstice platform with solid plans. Work with customer marketing team to increase the awareness of FIP Solstice products and accelerate the conversion from HFC to HFO in different applications.
Responsibilities
- Support mid-term strategy process (STRAP) with alignment with Global & APAC team
- Identify new business opportunities and convert with new HFO products. Explore a new sustainability application by utilizing HFO technologies.
- Develop new product initiatives and new applications
- Connect with Foam/A&S/Personal Care industry stakeholders
- Connect with Foam/A&S/Personal Care relating government offices
- Advocate HFO technologies into industry/market including PR/GR activities.
- Manage customer relationship
- Support sales processes
- Management internal product process
- Handle technical queries
- expect to expand HFO adoption in insulation industry according to lifted up a requirement.
- expect to develop application locally non-flammable aerosol propellant uses and related equipment.
- expect to develop application locally medical uses and related equipment.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Degree in material science or chemistry
- Strong written and oral communication skills in both English(business level) and Japanese(fluent level)
- 3+ product marketing or product planning product management, or product development experience in chemical relating industry

- MBA degree in marketing or business management
- Proven STRAP implementation
