This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

Job Description:

• Lead the process development and parameters improvement during new product development and establish standard process documentation in the development, maintenance, production, and other work operations.
• Participate in research and development activities to understand and contribute in new product CTQ, formula design, theory and lab process. Establish mathematical and scientific techniques to compile and analyze data. Writes technical reports detailing procedures, outcomes, and observations.
• Lead the design to production activity, ensure an integrated technology transfer from development to production, and support the manufacturing process setup, risk mitigation, and control planning for new products. Generates and maintains the technology package of material specification, process, and property information.
• Respond to customer’s technology requirements relates to process and application, generate improvement ideas accordingly to improve product performance and efficiency.
• Cross-functional and cross-regional communication and collaboration to ensure project timely execution.

Requirements:

• Familiar with a variety of composite material concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Requires a graduate degree and >5 years related working experience, and able to show proven capabilities in the chemical engineering, process engineering, polymer material, composite material field or in a related area. Experience in thermal management materials or related industry would be preferred.
• Experience in the material scale-up implementation from lab scale to production– RMs, SOP, scale-up plan, x-function communication.
• Systematic planning, execution, and documentation.
• Strong skills in communication, cooperation, and teamwork.
• Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing.
