Job Description
As a Sr Operational Excellence Analyst here at Honeywell, you will impact the overall operational excellence of the organization by implementing best practices, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
You will report directly to our Operations Excellence Manager, and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location or our El Paso, TX location.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to improve operational processes and drive efficiency across the organization.
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standardize processes.
- Execute the usage of dashboards and reports using AI-powered tools to surface trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities for leadership to drive decision making.
- Track progress of Lean initiatives and AI-driven process optimizations across sites, compiling insights and preparing documentation for continuous improvement reviews.
- Monitor data sources using AI algorithms to detect inconsistencies, improve accessibility, and ensure reliable performance tracking.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience in operational excellence or process improvement roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, or similar.
- Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operational excellence or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in operational excellence.
