Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify training needs and create customized training solutions
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales managers and representatives to drive performance
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales training

Qualifications

You Must Have

  • 8+ years of sales training or related field
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering successful sales training programs
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
