Sr Customer Service Specialist
Job Description
As a Sr Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer interactions and driving customer satisfaction focused in order entry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric strategies, optimize the end-to-end customer journey, and enhance the overall customer experience.
You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, driving business growth, and contributing to our reputation as a customer-centric organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to the teams in the Back Office administrative office and represent the additional interface with internal clients as well as external ones when necessary
- Work as part of the team, involved in processes from one end to the other, and contribute to the team's results.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 2+ years’ experience in a Customer Services or related field.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce applications.
- Good knowledge of ORACLE ERP application.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Significant experience applying best practices in Customer & Product Support.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Knowledge in excel (Pivot tables)
