Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to support strategic semiconductor clients, including TSMC. This role emphasizes customer engagement, internal coordination, and data analysis to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. It is ideal for candidates with experience in logistics, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration within the semiconductor or materials industry.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for strategic customers across regions.
- Coordinate with client-side departments such as planners, buyers, and production line users to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Support customer meetings and provide timely updates on logistics and supply chain matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Planning, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Sales Integration to resolve process gaps and improve efficiency.
- Drive process simplification and improvement initiatives across support functions.
- Analyze operational and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and pivot tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reporting tools.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to internal teams to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in customer success, logistics coordination, or internal support roles.
- Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a passion for customer service.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with TSMC or similar semiconductor clients.
- Experience coordinating with planners, buyers, and production teams.
- Exposure to logistics, import/export terms, and system-based reporting.
- Background in the semiconductor or materials industry.
