Job Description
As a Sales Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the company's strategic growth and success. Your leadership and expertise in managing key accounts will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and provide innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs. In particular, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical related market intelligence and experiences would be good to have skills including control system, field devices, instrumentation and enterprise solution expertise.
You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll work out of our Yeosu location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company by driving Order growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships. By effectively managing key accounts and guiding your team, you will position the company for long-term success and establish it as a leader in the industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and oversee the strategic account management function, driving the development and execution of strategic account plans.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.
• Accountability and commitment are essential to deliver order
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue order growth.
• Strong leadership skills lead to customer relationship.
• Ability to build and develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Identification of critical success factors and decision criteria
• Passion to drive customers, develop pipeline and winning
