As an Electrical Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in the design and development of electrical systems and components. You will be accountable for conducting feasibility studies, analyzing technical requirements, and implementing electrical engineering strategies. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will contribute to the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions.
You will report directly to our Sr. Engineering Manager, and you will work out of our Clearwater, FL location. This role is eligible for hybrid work mode, except for the first 90 days.
In this role, you will impact the company's ability to deliver cutting-edge electrical engineering solutions and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements
- Design and develop electrical systems and components
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- 2+ years of experience in electrical engineering
- Strong knowledge of electrical design ethics, practices, and standards
- Proficiency in electrical design software and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and thoughtful skills
WE VALUE
- Experience in the aerospace industry, preferably in a leadership role
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Knowledge of industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering
