In October 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs. This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

As as Senior HR Generalist, you will work closely with the GBE HR Leaders while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services. You will actively engage in staffing, organizational development and talent management. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Increase the overall performance of the organization by partnering closely with client groups
• Build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent
• Drive continuous improvement and lead changes in a premiere Human Resources organization

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years HR Generalist experience
