We have an opportunity for a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to join our Customer Marketing Team at Honeywell, in Bucharest and you will report to Director Customer Marketing. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organizing events such as trade shows and possess a strong understanding of demand generation strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Plan, organize, and manage events such as trade shows, webinars, and conferences to promote our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of demand generation activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize Adobe Photoshop to create visually appealing marketing materials and event collateral.
  • Manage budgets and timelines to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

Key qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in demand generation and event management, particularly trade shows.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English, any other European language is a plus.
