As a Field Service HVAC/Pipefitter Support Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and expertise to our customers in the HVAC and pipefitting industry. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC and pipefitting systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your knowledge and skills in HVAC and pipefitting will be essential in delivering high-quality service to our clients.

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our designated locations in Morris Plains, NJ. This position requires a combination of on-site and remote work, providing flexibility and convenience.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and functionality of HVAC and pipefitting systems, ensuring that our customers' needs are met and their operations run smoothly. Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will be key in resolving issues and providing exceptional service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC and pipefitting systems
• Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC and pipefitting equipment
• Conduct system inspections and preventive maintenance
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical solutions
• Provide training and support to customers on the operation and maintenance of HVAC and pipefitting systems

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC and pipefitting systems
• Membership in a local union for pipefitters
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in HVAC and pipefitting
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to customers
• Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering high-quality service
