As a Service & Repair Technician Level I here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for providing advanced technical facilitation and repair services for our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our products, contributing to customer satisfaction and business success.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our service operations, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and maintaining high-quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1st shift 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and systems
• Perform repairs and maintenance on customer equipment
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of service and repair tasks
• Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

YOU MUST HAVE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in the repair of electronic systems
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of equipment and systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Technical certification or relevant vocational training
• Experience in customer service or field service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
