As a Sr. Data Management Analyst with a focus on project management, you will be accountable for overseeing data model development projects and ensuring efficient data management. Your primary role will be to ensure the successful execution of these projects, from initiation to completion, while adhering to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will work with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders, to define project requirements, develop project plans, and allocate resources. Additionally, you will oversee data governance activities, manage data integration and migration projects, and ensure data quality and integrity. Your strong project management skills, data management expertise, and attention to detail will be essential in driving the success of data model development projects.

You will report directly to our Data Management Supervisor, and you will work out of our Bangalore, India location on a 4-1 hybrid work schedule [1 WFH/week].

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by ensuring the successful delivery of data model development projects, driving efficient data management, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee data model development projects from initiation to completion.

• Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop project plans.

• Allocate resources and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Ensure data quality and integrity through data governance activities.
