Be part of a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex application functions in the within Honeywell organization. You will participate in the development and certification of product functionality across multiple programs. This will enable you to support new products, processes, standards or operational plans within the organization's business strategies, with a direct impact on business unit/function overall results.

Main Accountabilities:

1. Technical contribution

• Coordinate and provide feedback to the less experience engineers about the build and
  integration of software features, architecture and codes, acting as SCADA engineering specialists
  using programming languages (C#, C++, SQL).
• Manage the configuration, testing and validation of the software solutions and customer interfaces by iterating and generating fast releases.
• Manages the commissioning activities to ensure quality, timely delivery within targeted costs.
• Ensures implementation design in commissioning and the production of as built project documentation. Supports continuous improvement of project process/product/system design.

2. Planning and control

• Creates work plans and cost estimates in one’s area of responsibility.
• Manages the implementation of the commissioning plan. Improves effectiveness of work plans in collaboration with other functions.

3. Processes and tools

• Ensures that all commissioning activities comply with the required safety, regulations and contractual requirements.
• Identifies, introduces and promotes processes and tools in one’s area of responsibility to increase productivity.
• Analyzes data and prepares reports to ensure on-contract delivery.

4.-Risk and opportunity

• Conducts risk and opportunity assessments during commissioning phase to ensure implementation of commissioning plan, identifies & reports potential risks related to contract/quality/program/cost and recommends resolutions to management.
• Initiates and monitors risk mitigation plan in own area of responsibility and ensures stakeholders are updated on associated technical risks. Conducts Safety Observation tour regularly to report and mitigate potential HSE hazards.

5. Customer

• Leads and coordinates commissioning activities focused on finalizing customer acceptance
  certification.
• Interacts with customers and external providers for approval of plant acceptance criteria, open
  issues closure and performance tests.
• Identifies and introduces new effective engineering solutions to meet business and customer needs.
• Attends project meetings and presents specific aspects of commissioning.

6. Technical leadership and knowledge sharing

• Provides relevant information pertaining to drafting assignment to engineering team.
• Provides coaching and guidance to junior and Mid experienced colleagues.
• Oversee consistency of code across projects with similar characteristics

YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience +6 years of industrial experience
• Advanced English
• 3 years of experience on Material Handling solutions
• Carriers alike Mechatronics, Robotics, Control Automation, Computer Science, Robotic or similar
• Programming languages (C#, C++, SQL)
• Industrial Networks and Comm. Protocols
• Software architecture and coding
• Collaboration & Teamwork
